One Week Down

After being very restrictive with my diet and exercising 3 days this past week, I have lost 8 pounds!! Hopefully I can reach my first 10 pound mark by the end of this week! Yeah me! Hope everyone else can post a success story here too. Keep up the great work.

  1. Way to go, Megan! That is awesome! I am down, as well. I lost 7 pounds which is the most I have ever lost in a week. I didn't follow as closely over the weekend because we had Sam's b-day party so I ate a little more than I should have...this week I am going to add 3 days of exercise. I am hoping to be back in the 170s by next week. Then, I will set my next goal. By spring, I want to be back in the 140s, by spring I mean when I am wearing shorts every day. Right now it seems so far away, both the weather and the weight, but I am going to try very hard. I am done being this size. So, here's to another successful week!

  2. Ditto on the congrats! I admire you with your busy schedule and 3 kids. I know it's tough. Keep up the good work and you'll get there. You have done it before and you can do it again! I haven't talked to you in forever. I will try to give you a call tomorrow.

  3. Thanks for the encouragement!!! I just have to remember how long it took to put it on and that it won't magically fall off over night!!! This week won't be as great because I wasn't able to work out Monday. I have to make sure I go to the gym Wednesday and Friday and hopefully next week I can pick back up my three days!!
