Hello all,
Thanks to those that have joined me on the weekly walks! We have gone twice now and it has been an amazing experience. Great company and some excellent workouts. Looking forward to continuing this wonderful weekend adventure!!!
As of Saturday Jan. 22, I have lost 11 pounds. Very excited as I see those number continue to decrease. I try to be restrictive with my diet at least 5 to 6 days each week. I allow one to two days for the extra stuff so that I don't drive myself crazy by not being able to eat what I wish I could eat the rest of the days. I have also found that if I go to bed feeling hungry and wake up feeling hungry that the weight continues to come off. On the days I don't go to bed or wake up feeling that way, it doesn't!!! Trust me though, I am by no means starving myself, just cutting off my eating alot earlier in the day.
I have also become a gym rat and try to go as much as possible which means AT LEAST three days to the gym and the weekly walk. Hopefully I will be able to continue at this rate and be down to my pre-pregnancy plus by June.
