As I sit here writing this, I can't wait for the kids to go to bed so I can start working out! I know that is terrible to say, but I need some ME time! I always think about what Oprah says and that is to put yourself first because if you don't, then you aren't healthy for everyone else that relies on you! So I am putting myself first.
Today I packed up ALL my maternity clothes and gave them away! No more fat clothing in the house! I tried on a pair of 14 Capri's and they zip but won't button! Good thing I kept my belly band, although I do have quite a big muffin top! All the more motivation to start working out! I refuse to buy new clothes as well, so I defiantly need to get to a size 14, but hopefully a 12 by November 1 (when I return to work).
I plan on using the site in the following ways and I hope you all will join me no matter how much you weigh or how little you have to lose.
1. I am going to post my starting measurements and weight and follow with a weekly weigh-in on Fridays!
2. Daily food journaling. We don't realize what we are truly eating until we write it down.
3. Daily exercise journaling. Hey if I am already journaling might as well add something else to it!
