After yesterday's 3.5 mile walk, I did not do my 30 day shred video. However, I did turn it on and attempt, but I couldn't even do 1 pushup. At least I did some sort of exercise though!
Today's stats:
Exercise: 30 Day Shred - 20 min.
Food:
Breakfast: granola bar and milk - 3 points
Lunch - turkey and cheese sandwhich on bread thins - 4
Snack: mini eclair and popcorn - 4 points
Dinner: cheeseburger with guac. and tatertots - 13 points
Total Points: 24
You really are doing great. I need to get feeling better and I will do the same thing. I do know that I met my first goal and am on way way to goal #2. Keep up the good work!
