One year later

Hey girls.....Megan and I attend a technology conference last Friday and blogging came up. I realized that we have not blogged in over a year. Anyone interested in keeping in touch again and sharing stories. I am up for it! Even though I've done really well in diet and exercise I still fall off the wagon. Sometimes I need a pick me up.
