I just don't know what got into me yesterday, but I surely fell off the wagon. Just felt like eating ALL day long and that is exactly what I did!!! OH well, I will be starting over again TODAY!!! Excited though that I have made goal number one of being under 200 lbs by the end of August. Made that goal yesterday morning at 198, ruined it throughout the day and weighed in at an even 200 this morning. Hopefully will be able to get back on track today and make up for yesterday! Can't complain though since I have lost 18 pounds in a little over 14 days. Hopefully if I keep up with the breastfeeding and watching what I eat, I will be able to continue to lose the weight.
Looking forward to taking a walk with the kiddos this afternoon and then will hopefully start a more regimented exercise program Monday since that will be two weeks since delivery. Hopefully I am recovered enough to do some light aerobics and ab work. We will see. Glad to see all of you that are participating!!
Next goal is to be 190 by the end of September. I have found that if I set 10 pound increments, it is easier to achieve my goals.
Way to jump back on! Keep it up. Tonight was a little rough for me, too but I think I did okay. The rest of the day was a success for me and I am doing better at recording what I am eating.
ReplyDeleteROUGH week here! I did well eating, (except mexican on thursday for lunch, which I still think was OK. and deserts with lunch today.) Now I am on my second glass of wine! Alcohol is a BIG no, no, but with my week, and class this year, it may be the only sanity resort!

Yes, I gave J a lecture and then ordered El Camp....but I only had a very small piece of your dessert. Good job Megan. You are doing very well. I have the same goal as you (for the end of Sept). Last night I grilled some chicken with some rice (about 7 points). I also made an appointment with this Dr that eveyone has been going to in our district. On lady has lost 70 pounds with him. It's covered under insurance so I want to see what it is all about.
ReplyDeleteLife in the Falls, You will have to give me the name and number of this doctor too. PLEASE? Who lost 70 pounds?
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the encouragement. I know that it is a long journey and we will all get to our goal eventually. Just need patience and perseverance!
